Delete it in the app
- Android: Settings → My channel → Delete account.
- iPhone, iPad and Mac: Profile → Delete Account.
We then send a confirmation link to the email of your account. Open it to confirm.
No access to the app?
Send an email to legal@my-tv-channel.com from the email address you signed in with (Google or Apple). Write “Delete my account”. We reply to confirm, then delete it.
What we delete
- Your profile: account identifier, name and email.
- Your channels, the videos you uploaded or imported, and their schedules.
- Your subscription and usage records (upload and streaming minutes).
- Your analytics and viewing history.
When
Your channels go off air when you confirm. Your data is deleted permanently 30 days later. During those 30 days you can ask us to restore the account at the address above.
Your subscription
Deleting the account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions) or in your Apple ID settings, so you are not billed again.
